Q. What type of programs does NCT offer?
A. We offer virtually any program available in the market today. From Electronic Check Conversion, Internet Checks, Flat rate, Automatic Approval Programs and many more. NCT will customize a program to fit your specific "business needs" and will work with you to come up with a program that is specifically tailored to you.

Q. On C.O.D checks can I receive an approval before the merchandise is delivered?
A.Yes. Simply call our 24/7 voice center and receive an approval before delivering the merchandise. You May also process these checks via your POS terminal once you have been setup by NCT to do so.

Q. What do I need to submit with the dishonored check?
A. We recommend you fax a copy of the check and mail the original via certified mail, FEDEX or UPS so that you may have a tracking number to receive confirmation of receipt. NCT does not require you send anything with the check, however if you have additional paperwork i.e. deal jacket, RO, Invoice to help in our collection efforts you may send it in with the check.
